Ar darbnīcu Ķekavā šodien noslēdzās 12 galda spēles izmēģināšanas darbnīcas jauniešiem, kurās biedrība “Creative Minds for Culture” viesojās dažādās Pierīgas vietās, lai dotu iespēju jauniešiem labāk izprast jēdzienu “jauniešu līdzdalība”, kā arī dotu iespēju jauniešiem izmēģināt galda spēli “Līdzdalīgā dzīve”, kas pavasarī tapa pašu Pierīgas jauniešu rokām un idejām sanākot kopā.
Darbnīcās un arī spēles gaitā jaunieši var caur kartiņām un sarunām ar draugiem uzzināt vairāk par dažādām iespējām, ko jauniešiem piedāvā Eiropas Savienība tādās programmās kā Erasmus+, Eiropas Solidaritātes korpuss, Discover EU, par ko iespējams uzzināt vairāk, paviesojoties arī kādā Eurodesk tīkla infopunktā.

The association “Creative Minds for Culture” have concluded 12 board game testing workshops for young people. During this testing process we visited various locations in Pieriga to give young people the opportunity to better understand the concept of “youth participation”, as well as to give young people the opportunity to try the board game “A Life of Participation”, which was created in the spring by the hands and ideas of young people in Pieriga.
As part of the game, young people can interactively discuss and learn more about participation through various participation situations and their potential solutions, as well as opportunities for young people to obtain information about various activities within the Eurodesk network, as well as in programs such as Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, DiscoverEU, etc. This educational board game is created to encourage youth to explore various situations and levels of participation, as well as possible reactions and solutions to the possibilities that they face in everyday lives. Through the game young people can play out various scenarios and also discuss some important questions related to youth participation and active involvement in society. This game can be played by 3-5 people either by young people themselves, or together with a youth worker, and can be adjusted in various ways to serve the needs of the group and the required depth of learning.
